My house. its nice the apartment itself is not bad the management (yevette) has been on it whenever anything has been brought to her attention, she is friendly and easy to talk to, the best part of living here. We do wish we could have a Bbq in the courtyard that we could use i offered to bring a large gas grill for the whole complex to use but that was not allowed. maybe a plant or two at our door but we are not allowed to have that kind of indivisuality at our own doorstep.
parking is a big problem, the people on this street are very rude and with the amount of people that live on this street they have an extra car to park on the street to save themselves a spot to park the daily driver when they get home. if someone leaves in a car they call a neighbor or friend just to hold the spot. again they are very rude about it.
I am always down for having friends over or a party, not here. again not allowed to bbq. everyone around is having friends over they bbq, let the kids run around leave trash everywhere with no intent to pick it up. blasting all day over the weekend the same mariachi song over and over or having a DJ or a jumper, the noise is sometimes to much.
all in all its not worth the price for the outside of my door stress.
