Idylwood Apartments

I have been here for more than 5 years, the first 3 years management seemed to care about people in the building by comunicating. It seems there has been a change in management , or someone higher than prior management. Prior the tenants seemed to be chosen carefully, now one can see new ones going in and out, some parties that at the pool, smell like weed by some areas,.. that wasnt the case prior. Also its notorious the lack of comunication. Prior we were able to use the future resident parking after hours, or when office is closed, or at least asked by email if the car was registered under our name , just because management knew their tenants. Unfourtanely management did not comunicate that has changed. SImilarly, before we were able to get carpet cleaning if we signed the contract earlier,which I thought at least was a middle ground due to not providing new capets after more than 5 years of use, but unfourtunately that is not the case anymore.We have payed for services that we dont use like the pool, yet the pool has been closed for COVID, and when is open it doesnt look like is clean. We started paying for water and other services, and for tenants that do not have more than 5 people in the house like myself that have 2 , at least the only thing we can expect is some type of comunication for any change of usual. thank you to the maintenance employee whom always has been very helpful , and acts with a sense of urgency .
