1. need more parking or at least 2 fixed parking spots. guest parking can be located outside. There are open parking which are first come first use, but most of the cars wont move.
2. Me and my room mate have like 4 packages been stolen inside the building, cameras should be located inside the buildings. When advised to management they just said that's not our responsibility.
