Its very quite clean and the nrighbors are veryfriendly caring and helpful. The parking is so convenient, the grocery stores and shopping center centers are all close and convenient you can even walk if you want, restaurants, fast food places like mcdonald and everything are all here. There’s evena trail and a lot ofschools nearby very convenient for kids. The maintenance people are quick to come when you have a problem in your unit. The rent is affordable . There’s even a food pantry every month they diatribute foods like canned goods, rice eggs fresh meat and everything, we can save money from groceries because they help us with the food can’t ask for more thank God. The office personnel and the manager are very accommodating and resolve right away your questions and issues theyre very fast.. i wish i should have found this place long time ago very nice place. Everything is here you don’t even have to drive there are buses one block from my unit. There’s a lot of physical fitness center and the urgent care hospitals are very close not even 10 minutes drive from here. Big stores like costco, raleys, walmart are all here nice place tony sister is so jealous because i found a place to live which is very convenient snd affordable everything is here. Thry accept visitors too that’s why my family is so happy. I run out if words to say how happy i am to find this place and I think I’ll stay forever until the end. I am even very close to my church which is i am very happy because i don’t have to commute far. One time my six year old grandson and my daughter visited me and my grandson said “I like your place grandma it is very quite” not like in our place it’s noisy” he said. My sister evenbtold me to see if there are vacant units so she can apply here .
She lives in vacaville by herself so she can be clloser to me. I think Elk Grove is one of the best and safest place to live in Sacramento. I very lucky to find this place thank God all the amenities my life change foreve
