I've lived here since January 2021, and the original management was great. Always answered e-mails and phone calls promptly, never had any issues with neighbors that wasn't able to easily be resolved. Ever since new management took over, it's gone completely downhill. While I completely understand apartments can be noisy/disruptive, the lack of help from management makes it very difficult to deal with noise issues. There is constantly children playing and running around the hallways, riding scooters, bouncing balls around off the walls, yelling/screaming bloody murder. It's extremely disruptive. I've brought this up nearly 14 times (yes, fourteen) over the last year and a half and I've given multiple solutions to help resolve this issue but nothing substantial is ever done. I wear noise-cancelling headphones in my own apartment most evenings and the noise is still an issue. I'm not overly sensitive to noise either, I understand the walls are paper thin and I find the sound of joyful, playing children very relaxing in some ways... it shows that it's a safe neighborhood in my opinion, but it's not at all that. Aside from the noise, there seems to be major issues with trash being left in hallways/outside of tenants doors that leads to smells, as well as a trail of liquids from some people when they finally do take their trash out to the dumpster. Some tenants don't even take it out to the dumpster, they leave it outside the gate or under the stairs in the entryway. It's truly disgusting and unsanitary. The cleaner they have come once a week does a very poor job as well (I don't really blame her, it's a mess). Whenever the hallways are cleaned, it rarely lasts more than 24 hours. The laundry room constantly has unhoused individuals using the outlets to charge their devices, some of them smoke/use substances in there as well. So, if you are desperate and don't mind constant noise/smells, this might be an okay place to rent at. I really wouldn't recommend it though.
