Dear Oak Groove Residence Team! Thank you very much for your efforts and hard work, we see it every day and highly appreciate everything you do! Answering your question about how you can improve, I would like to share some minor things from our side. 1. Better admission and security in parking - we often see people who does not live in our residence parking at ours and also all kinds of couriers and delivery agents, who park in the pathways blocking them, overspeed and block several parking places (especially on first floor). You informed us that admission rules will become stricter, and this is good news. 2. Entry doors security - we often see entry doors are open or blocked by residents or couriers to have easy admission, we kindly ask you to pay attention and have some kind of security cameras or signal system (a ring when the door is unlocked) working at every entry door - security means a lot for us. 3. Parking lot cleaning - there are lot of leaves and other small garbage in the parking area, it would be great to have monthly clean up with street cleaning machinery or manually. Some amount of technical water must be used to wash away dried liquids leftovers both of technical and food nature lest by residents and their vehicles. 4. Separated garbage - we would like to ask you to implement more elements of eco garbage sorting, in particulars containers for plastic, paper and glass. That would allow the residence to reduce overall volume of garbage we produce and make sure bigger part of it goes for recycling. 5. Final very small ask - adding several dumbbells in the gym or dumbbell rack would be great. Once again, these are no complaints, but response to your request of providing our opinion.
