Parking spots are ridiculous for the most part. When we first moved here parking made sense with a parking spot assigned to you and some handicap spots. Now its permit parking and a massive amount of reserved parking that Is seen everywhere. I'm told you can get by getting a note from your doctor...what is that for? its not Handicap?

We have lived here for 7 months. There is good community and the apartment is located near Church, grocery and other stores. Good parking, lots of trees and shade. However, there are 3 AC exhausts located directly below the window of the Master's bedroom. Whenever the ACs are on in the first floor, the air blows directly into the window, and creates unnecessary noise and necessitates the closing of the Master bedroom window.
We recommend living here for proximity to schools, work, Church and groceries. Thank you.

These apartments are a hidden gem. Right off the freeway and close to everything that you need. The staff is great they try their hardest to help you and get what you need done. Nice place to raise your kids which is why I have been her so long. Thank you

This is my 10th year living in the complex so when the parking situation was changed to permits I went from liking it here to getting frustrated when trying to find a spot when I got home from work.
