Reviews summary

Cerritos Apartments consistently receive positive feedback for their prime location, being close to schools, shopping centers, and major freeways, making it convenient for families with children and professionals alike. The property is described as clean and safe, with a friendly and responsive staff, particularly Alejandro, who is frequently praised for his helpfulness. Maintenance service is generally regarded as effective, swiftly addressing residents' concerns. However, some residents have mentioned that the buildings are old, resulting in noise issues from upstairs neighbors and outdated amenities that require frequent maintenance. The community is family-friendly with a safe neighborhood, but this also means the presence of children can add to the noise levels outside. A few reviews highlighted issues with the laundry facilities, such as machines needing repair. While the property provides a peaceful and accommodating environment overall, some residents have expressed a desire for upgraded amenities and better noise insulation.
