Terra Camarillo

I have lived at this residence for two and a half years and have experienced several management transitions during that time. Throughout these changes, the maintenance team has consistently been kind, responsive, and professional, and I truly appreciate their work. However, the overall management experience has shifted noticeably. Compared to prior management, the current approach feels less engaged and less community-oriented. There appear to be more expectations and requirements placed on residents, while at the same time fewer benefits, accommodations, or resident-focused initiatives. As a long-term resident who pays for both housing and the services associated with this community, I value mutual respect and partnership. Recently, the tone and structure of communication have felt more transactional and directive, rather than service-oriented. I hope there can be a renewed emphasis on resident experience and collaborative engagement moving forward.
