Constant parties, trespassers, smoke, and noise make living at Citron an unpleasant experience.

This place is overrated. They have like one person running the leasing office at any time and rarely answer the phone on top of that they try to overcharge you for things constantly.

Office and maintenance staff are great. There is no way to give remote Guest Access for parking and the building / apartment entry system is not ideal. But the community will otherwise perfect.

Expect to wait days for a response from staff. Numerous follow up emails. Staff does not care about problems. They are nice to your face but nothing ever gets done now that there is a new management
