There is a pet waste violation per occurrence and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Indoor pets, specifically cats must use their litter box. Pet rent  and deposit may vary. Pets MUST be registered through www.petscreening.com A fee of $150 will be charged if a tenant is found in violation of adding a pet without consent. There is no pet weight limit.
