Pine Valley Apartments is an excellent living experience and is conveniently located near The University of Monticello; Turner Neal Museum of Natural History; Drew Memorial Hospital; dining; and Walgreen's. Pine Valley Apartments offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom spacious apartments. The staff is beyond friendly, helpful, and attentive to the Resident's needs. There is a fitness center for year-round use and a beautiful swimming pool for summer recreation. Pine Valley Apartments is pet friendly. We are in the final stages of the completion of a new Dog Park and Pavilions with Barbecue Grills. We are so excited providing more outdoor areas for our Residents to enjoy.
We offer 6-month leases. There is a $75/month charge in addition to monthly residential rent for a 6-month lease.
