While there are some good things about the Mill there are more bad. I live in the first building 110. It is cold and noisy. They have admitted to me that the insulation is not good in this old mill. My electric bill gets close to $400 per month. I hear every animal and there seems to be one in every apartment around me. Parking spaces are taken up every weekend by people having events in the clubhouse. Partying going on in the clubhouse at night on the weekends. They say they will fix the parking issue but continue to let visitors take residents parking spots. Animal poo has been an issue in common walking places outside. It is much to expensive to not rest easy at night.
