Villas at Riverside

I have lived at the Villas for a few years and I love my apartment. The office staff and maintenance are top notch. Ashlee goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and makes everyone feel at home. Her and the rest of the staff always speak when they see you out and they have made this feel more like a community than an apartment complex. It has been a great experience here and I don't plan on going anywhere any time soon.

I made a review about the complex on how much I love living here, and I loved management kept communicating with us giving us advice specially during the winter storm. Unfortunately, that changed a little this year, we don't use the pool often because sometimes is too greasy, have weed floating around (yes, marijuana), hair. We try to use it with our baby but we always check if is somewhat acceptable beforehand and so far we've used it 3 times, Manager keeps sending emails about how to not let your dog bath in the swimming pool, not use chalk, don't leave ´Kids by themselves around, turn off and clean grills, close the gates and that if they get caught they will be fined, but I mean there are cameras, they do 'inspections' so they just need to send them the fees, those repetitive emails don't send the right message. Manager is short and not exactly cordial; we try to talk and ask the less possible. Kelly on the other hand is absolutely respectful and polite. Either way, other than those couple observations apartments are good and is nice being able to help to maintain the green areas since we help watering the bushes, and neighborhood is ok. Maintenace staff is absolutely the best.
