Im just going to state the biggest issues, not even all of the other stuff. Management never returns calls. An underground pipe was busted and we’ve been paying 1700 for over 6 months (rent is 1250), and we’ve all been getting told that we would get credits but nothing is happening. We were basically told we would just have to eat the bill up front then get “credits”. Parking lot is torn up from that, when we already had less than enough spots to begin with. It’s impossible to get out of parking spots 90% of the time and no one tows cars that are blocking others into their spots. To be charging this much, on top of having to pay huge bills that aren’t even ours to pay… you’d think management would at least return a phone call. Think again. This place is literally a joke, I’m waiting on the camera crew to come out and let us know we’re on a hidden camera pranked show.

love my unit . biggest complaint is the parking lot, there is plenty of it but everyone just parks where they want even if its blocking you in. also for the amount i pay the trash situation could be better. most of the time the dumpsters are overflowing with bags of trash on the ground.

Living here is great, I have been around for half a year so far. I really enjoy experiencing the view of the city over the balcony the most out of my time being here. I would recommend staying here to anyone and everyone especially those who want more ease at mind, rest, and relaxation in their life.
