Mostly good

I think so far the experience has been good. The parking is a bit angled and on an incline. However, it is easy to get to work and the amenities are nice.

Overall very pleasant place to live.

Staff has improved since Mrs.Veronica (who was super awesome) left. Maintenance is great whenever there is a problem they come the next day. Very quiet area which I really love Location is convenient quick easy to get to interstate. I have been here for about 7 years. Really like living here it just cannot justify the price increase with no updates availability.

enjoyed living here

I lived here for 15 years. The neighbors are friendly and helpful without being too nosey. Most do a fair job of keeping unwanted noises under control. The one thing that is unfair is the fact there is no way to measure water usage for each unit which means I have to pay other people's water bill when I have in fact not used very much water with just me. It has been well maintained and all of the resident managers are professional and congenial.
