Some other types of pets such as hamsters, birds, turtles, ferrets, and fish are allowed. Residents may not have more than 2 birds, 2 canaries, or 2 parakeets, or 1 Mynah bird. Turtles must be kept in an aquarium, hamsters and gerbils must be caged. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. No other animals or reptiles are permitted. The one-time pet fee and pet rent apply only for cats and dogs; the one-time pet fee and pet rent do not apply for other types of pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed.
