Units and grounds are well maintained, the property management team are great. Once the construction is done on Bayview, it will be much quieter.

Grounds are well kept and never a problem with maintenance at all. Parking is NOT good. Staff are very pleasant to deal with.

lived here 3 to 4 years, staff is great, parking is insufficient, garbage collection should maybe be twice a week.
