UPPER - 152 MADELAINE DRIVE Upper

3-BEDROOM UPPER-LEVEL LEASE WITH A PRIVATE ENTRANCE, PARKING, SHARED LAUNDRY & BACKYARD ACCESS! Bright, well maintained and vacant for immediate occupancy, this Painswick South rental offers a comfortable layout with an open feel, large windows, dark flooring and a functional living area that flows into the kitchen. White cabinetry, generous counter space, stone counters, select stainless steel appliances and a tiled backsplash make the kitchen easy to move through whether you're cooking dinner or getting out the door in the morning. Upstairs, three bedrooms offer room for family, guests or a home office, while newer carpeting runs along the staircase and a skylight near the bedroom hallway brings extra daylight to the upper level. A 4-piece bathroom is located nearby. Shared access to the fenced backyard and deck gives you outdoor space for summer dinners or a quiet evening outside, while shared laundry, one parking space and potential garage storage add useful extras. Schools, parks, the Painswick library, Barrie South GO and shopping along Mapleview Drive are all close by. (id:1937)
