The Carrick is a truly wonderful place to live. There is so much attention to detail in the finishes and so much has been thoughtfully selected to make your life so easy and pleasant. Things like soft water, control of heating and cooling all year long, silent running of the heating and cooling system, high quality appliances and the list goes on and on. Even the garbage chute is beautiful being polished stainless steel with buttons to press to choose recycling, organic waste or regular garbage. The parking garage is so clean and bright (as is the garbage room) with easy access to your unit floor. The safety features are above and beyond any I have seen before. Really high tech but easy to use. The mail room is secure. There is a bike room, storage lockers and even a pet spa! But I don’t need a storage locker as my in-unit laundry room/closet is so huge plus there is another storage room in the unit as well - could be used as a small den or office if you don’t need the storage. The amenities are beautiful and really enhance your lving experience. The building is super quiet, even if you face the main road as windows and doors are quite soundproofed. I love the floor to ceiling windows and the window coverings are beautiful sun shades - no ugly blinds here! The lighting is tasteful, with bright pot lights and beautifully painted walls with accent wall colours as well. Moving in was easy as there is access to a moving room. The staff have been wonderful. Friendly, helpful and just so great to deal with. It’s a pleasure to live here!
