The apartment is nice, it's well maintained and on the newer side. Maintenance is mostly responsive if you talk to them in person, not as much of you email or call. The office staff is pretty bad, they never respond to emails or calls (not even sometimes like maintenance), they never know anything or have an answer if you talk to them in person, and for most things they tell you to talk to maintenance so it's like what do they do and why are they even there.
The value is good for the first year with their big discount, but it's not a good price after the discount. The location is fantastic for students and still great if you're not a student. There's a decent amount of noise infrequently. So you could have a week of silence and then some big commotion for a few minutes one night, it's pretty random.
The doorbell system is really bad. Like there are a bunch of old names on the intercom but they don't add yours, you have to go talk to maintenance multiple times to get it done and it takes a while. So you have no doorbell until a month after you ask about it multiple times. Once you do get a doorbell a visitor has to scroll through a long list that's randomly sorted or type in a number you give them that's completely unrelated to everything and isn't your apartment number. And there's no way to get help or contact any staff member if something goes wrong and you can't get in.
There's also no amenities which I hate and is so bad. And parking costs a lot extra which is unfortunate.
