Regency Tower (Owen Sound)

We had a great experience renting an apartment at one of the best residential place in Owen sound. The apartments are clean, modern, and spacious, with 24-hours security. Our managers are professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a high-quality place to live.

Not the building it once was. Dogs have takin over the building . Female manger lacks personality. Male manger great. Plumbing needs worked on. Fun atmosphere has left the building. Don't like residents socializing in foyer like before. Female manger but an end to that. .

Owners are getting cheaper on maintenance. Plumbing appliances Etc.pets are taking over the building sorry to say. Good management in building fighting a losing battle listening to consistent complaints from tenants over maintenance matters etc.

The decision to sell my home and find a comfortable building in which to live out my retirement began on July 1st, 2023. I found the apt. on July 3, sold my home and had moved in by August 25th. The last 6 months has been a big adjustment. Thankfully the live-in managers Dave and Lynn Skripka (and their assistants Elana and Paul) have been more than kind, respectful and helpful as I make this transition. The building is clean, quiet, and meets my needs quite well. I enjoy the laundry facilities and the convenience of easy access to the many amenities Owen Sound has to offer. All in all, I consider myself fortunate to have discovered this gem within two blocks of Kelso beach.

Enjoyed our stay there in anewly renovated 1 bedroom. We decide to leave, however, as we needed a 2 bedroom which was not immediately available. The Superintendents were neighbourly and helpful. The residents friendly if not a little intrusive. Parking just ok.
