Property management has been a big problem for our location. Lack of contact with whomever with regards to cleaning of hallways, laundry room, outside areas, grass cutting, leaf raking etc. is from seldom to non existent.
The apartment itself is GREAT other than a few small quirks, ie. gurgling drains. We are very satisfied and proud to show it.
You can't judge a book by looking at the cover but in this case that's what most potential tenants see. The lack of custodial care is very evident and our only concern.

The unit is nice. Location is decent. The floors in main hallways and the stairs are so disgustingly filthy with dirt and dust thats ground in. There is no way tje floord have been swept or washed since I moved in on March 1st. This is unacceptable for a building that charges so much rent. The outside is better bit still more work to do there as well.

I have lived here for over 21 years but this review will only refer to the timeframe after Madigan took ownership.
I moved to unit 11 after living across the hall into a “newly renovated” unit which came with a large rent increase.
Although there are some nice upgrades, such as the flooring and kitchen backsplash, I consider the renovations sub-par, particularly the paint job, the limited ability to change the lighting, bathroom sink/piping underneath is rusty and the removal of storage space.
Otherwise, requests/inquiries are not responded to in a timely manner and I lived here throughout the renovations - the noise was extremely excessive, including weekends at times without warning, common areas were not easily accessible and filthy for several months.
The balcony also requires work which I will be following up on in the near future.
