Quinpool Tower

I have had mixed experiences living here, but the staff truly make a huge difference. Linda is extremely hardworking, always smiling, and always helpful. Every time I had a problem or issue, it was resolved immediately. The building is also always clean and regularly maintained, which I appreciate a lot. I also like the updates that are printed in the elevator. It helps residents stay informed and shows good communication from management. There are a few areas that need improvement. I wish pest control visits were monitored more closely because I do not think every visit is done properly and some areas seem to get missed. Parking is my biggest concern. I would honestly rate it zero. The entrance has so many potholes that I have had to replace my suspension multiple times. Every time I drive in or out, my car shakes badly because of the potholes, and this has been an issue for years. I also wish the gym had longer hours, although it is not a major issue for me. Another concern is security. Packages sometimes get stolen, and I have personally seen more than one person force open the main entrance door without needing a fob. This definitely needs to be checked and improved. Overall, my experience has been mixed, but having reliable and caring staff that residents can count on matters the most to me.
