Bayers Park I

have great staff..and great parking space..but no assigned parking. Parking is not even numbered...you could shovel a parking spot and think you will return home to it..think again. It's inconvenient especially in the winter. More concerning is the stealing of Amazon orders dropped off at the lobby or near elevator area. It's in a good location and the staff are nice but I would have moved away a long time ago. No maintenance is done regularly only after you complain a million times does work get done. Oh and they due water pipe work at any moment without notice. You could have no water while your on the toilet or in the middle of a shower. When the water returns it's full of rust and metal deposits. Not to mention the unreliable water thing being a hazzor in it of itself.

I have been living here for the past couple of years, and I feel that the management does not care about the tenants. While the superintendents are supportive, it often takes months for any requests to be acknowledged. Additionally, some tenants leave garbage in the elevator, and at times it smells of urine. The only advantage of living here is the location.
