Decent

Somewhat noisy. You can hear everything upstairs and in the hallways. The staff are always kind including the super, building managers and cleaners. Neighbors are friendly. A bit over priced considering no dish washer, coin operated laundry and older closets and paint chips chipping onto dishes in the kitchen. Can only use one kind of coat hanger for the closets. Spacious and in a good location close to amenities.

Average living conditions, location is excellent, most of the employees are well behaved, need to remind for the maintenance and there's a lot of scope for improvement.
