I've been living here for over 5 years now, and overall it's been a positive experience. The maintenance team is quick and reliable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, and it's genuinely quiet — all of which I really appreciate.
My one major frustration is the parking. The spots are not assigned, so anyone can use them, and people who don't even live in this community regularly take the spaces right by our building. After paying what I pay in rent, I often come home and have no spot left, which means parking on the next street over and walking back. It happens far too often to feel like a minor inconvenience.
I'd strongly encourage management to consider assigned/reserved parking for residents, or at least some kind of permit system and enforcement. It would make a big difference for those of us who live here and pay for it. Aside from this issue, I'd recommend the community — but the parking situation is something prospective renters should know about.
