Rosedale Apartments

I have been living here for about 2 1/2 years. The building is kept clean, with cleaners doing hallways and entrance every day. Each floor has its own washer and dryer, which at $1 per load is an excellent price. Every request i have had to put in has been handled quickly and efficiently, with no issues. Parking is good, the lot is kept relatively clear of snow during the winter, and clean during the summer. I enjoy living here and have no complaints.

The apartment is very comfortable, with lots of storage space. Having a washer and dryer on every floor is great, makes laundry much easier to handle. The grounds and parking lot are well kept, the parking lot is plowed quite often in the winter. New carpet and paint before I moved in was nice. Overall I enjoy living here.

The unit is large enough for a couple with a child, a fair bit of storage space and the apartment is well looked after. There is very little noise from the other apartments, even those with young children. The building security is good and the parking is good as well. I enjoy living here and would recommend it.

They are very quick to do maintenance such as grounds and parking and very quick response to apartment maintenance as well. Everyone that I dealt with was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that I had. The apartment is very quiet, I only hear other people when I am in the hallway, once the door is closed it is awesome! The apartment is fair sized, everything was clean when I moved in, as well as new carpet put down. The laundry room has 1 washer and 1 dryer, but there has been no problem finding times they are not in use. I have no complaints whatspever with the apartment, I am enjoying my time here.
