Thanks for the work you all put in in maintaining the building.

Convenient and affordable

I've been living at The Beverley since it's opening, and I dont regret it. The staff is friendly, location couldn't be better, and still the best in New West in terms of affordability. Two things they should improve are building a washroom in the social room, cause that's limiting tenants for using it for celebrations, etc., and the accumulation of water in front of the main door when it rains.

Luxury prices for substandard living

This building is less than five years old, yet it looks much older. From the cracks in the foundation leaking water, to the scrapes and stains in the halways, to the elevators breaking regularly, you can tell that it was build with the chepest materials possible. The cleaning of the common areas has declined sharply since i moved in. This building is far to expensive for the quality if provides. An in suite washer and dryer is nice, but not at the expense of having windows that make the units super hit on sunny days.
