I have been here 9 years. Took 9 year to get elevator fixed, Took 7 years to get roof fixed. Took 7 year to fix boiler. No smoking appartments but smells like a grow op. Bad Tenants on the 2nd floor that let in homeless to sleep in our laundry room, broken into our storage units, police have been here several time for domestic disputes and they are still here. Garbage always in parking lot. Homeless digging in or sleeping in Garbage cans. Snow removal is a joke (2 old ladies and a maintenance man with shovels) Second hand fridges & stoves that are constanly breaking down. Window are single pain windows and heating lines are not up to code (as per plumber) to support the heating units - always freezing our butts off in the winter. Paint is chipping & coming off decks, we where told they were to be painted last year but only railings were done. After 9 years my carpet has stretch out and there are rolls causing trip hazzards as well as debris under the carpet as the floor was not properly cleaned before they layed the carpet. Drywall patches that were never finished to completion. Patio door wheels need to be replace - door does not slide easily anymore. Yearly inspections - I get notice every year have only seen some in person twice in the past 9 years, am always told it was cancelled or didn't need to see my appartment.

Defiantly would be nice if the elevator worked. Security cameras at the entrances would be nice, often people wandering the bldg that should not be, better cleaning of the common areas would be recommended
