The community of Drake Landing provides multiple other outdoor features such as an abundance of walking paths throughout the community, and a wetland area just a short walk away. All units shown reflect the monthly market rent which does not include use of water. Per the Town of Okotoks, water services must be bills to the property owner. Use of water will be added as an additional charge to your monthly rent at the rate of $100 per month.
