if you cleared the sidewalks properly to begin with we would be able to walk down them through the winter. you can't even walk down them or walk in the parking lot for the ice and it has been that way for 16 years. sidewalks that were done properly around town are now dry not covered in 2 inches of ice like ours

This apartment is not priced appropriately. It should be at LEAST $200/month cheaper - if not $300. Old building with thin walls in a less than desirable city - shame on this greedy corporate landlord for charging what they do.

Living here on the 3rd year is alright. The benefit in having a gym usable when the office is open is a plus but does not work for all walks of life since there are those who live during the night. The pool not being open for over a year is a problem for the those who use it and those who want to when they can. When snow falls, they are on the ball to clear sidewalks and most of the time parking lots. Though when it melts then freezes it's a hassle to walk since there's more ice than on skating rings. If rent continues to rise it really not affordable to the price offered 3-4 years ago. The payback to parking garbage and water is a negative.
