We live with Ongoing noise issues constantly All Hours with the tenants living in Unit 323 above us it seems either 1:30 am and/or 5:30 am or all day/night (thumping, dropping of possibly exercise equipment or something of metal capacity? walking heavy like Stomping, hammering, banging or running around as this is an apt not a playground zone if it is a child?) stilll even though they supposedly were given warnings! As well, there were concerns with the unit beside me (that one taken care of I think). I’ve been here over 4 years (dealt with flooding from above, my tub issues and with those many issues had to deal with maintenance breaking my new bed post - bed never the same, breaking my old wall clock) and these tenants above are the worst I’ve ever experienced! So you can say this hasn’t been a very good Rental experience as I’m Only here for the convenience now but because my monthly rent is not cheap it would sure be nice to live in a more quieter quarters. I was reading over the rental agreement—kind of ironic when it outlines about Item #21 - Quiet Enjoyment (not for us) and subsection #27 - Noises shall not be permitted…while I live with the opposite. Sorry, to sound a bit harsh but as you can see living here is pretty much a nightmare right now especially when I have to wear earplugs in my Unit and my son wears white noise headphones to drown out the constant disturbing noises. The previous landlord Virginia asked me to take noise videos which I’ve done and really should I have to be doing that?? Sorry you asked and I’ve shared.
