More than 19 Million Page Views – Canada Sees the Biggest Increase
Traffic rose by 33% in March 2016 compared to the same month last year, reaching a new record of 3.17 million visitors. Most visitors — over 2 million — came from search engines like Google and Bing.
The potential home buyers, sellers and renters landing on our website visited an impressive number of pages, over 19 million; another way to think about this is in terms of pages viewed per hour — more than 25,000!
Most visits came from Canada — a 61% year-over-year rise, which translates into 1.86 million visits. In the U.S., the increase was more modest — 12% — or 1.09 million visits.
The number of home buyers and sellers contacting agents is now up by 70%
We’re really glad when we can deliver great news to our Point2 agents as well. In March, the number of potential home buyers taking a step toward contacting agents on Point2 Homes grew to an incredible 230,000, which marks a 70% year-over-year increase.
