Step 3: Syndication Begins When you're ready, our Rollout Team will plan a syndication launch around your preferences and will tailor it to suit your needs. Once complete, your members' listings will be sent to dozens of real estate marketplaces without any manual re-entry! Your agent's and broker's listings will be exposed to millions of consumers every day. Syndication is all about reaching more investors, more buyers and more future clients - quickly, easily and affordably.
Training & Support: Point2 has a dedicated in-house Education Team to help ensure a smooth transition and to provide any training you might require. These resources, as well as our Customer Care Support Team, are provided free of charge.
Retain Complete Control: Syndication remains under the broker's complete control. A single click is all it takes for the broker to opt out of syndication to a particular partner - or to opt out of syndication to all partners - via the free dashboard that Point2 provides.
Step 4: Free Leads for your REALTORS ®
Basic reports and statistics will be delivered to every listing agent and broker free of charge. More importantly, every prospect from syndication is passed on free of charge as well. More detailed reports and prospect management tools are available in Point2's (optional) upgraded packages, starting from $199.00 per year.

Ensure Data Accuracy: With MLS® Certified, our goal is to ensure all property information coming from a partnered Multiple Listing Service is synchronized across Point2's partner network at least once every 24 hours in an effort to provide our customers and consumers with the best data in the industry.
