Meet Our Newest Consumer Portal:

Last week we worked with our friends at the Corpus Christi Association of REALTORS® (CCAR) to launch our latest Point2 MLS and Association Consumer Portal,

This is just the most recent of many consumer search portals we have created to help real estate organizations get more exposure and capture more leads for their members.

When asked what motivated CCAR to choose a Point2 portal, CEO and President Warren W. Andrich said, “The Corpus Christi Association of REALTORS® has had a public-facing website with search capabilities for years. But in today’s world, our outdated version just was not relevant to our members and consumers any longer.”

“Point2 delivered updated technology, a great staff to work with and excellent customer service. Our new website is relevant again, providing both our consumers and our members with a better online experience.” MeetCoastalBend_12-08_blog

Our portals have been a big hit since we introduced them last year, and we’re not the only ones who think so. Inman News recently ran an article about our CCAR portal, noting that “Point2’s listing search platform has steadily gained traction ever since the company launched the product last year.”

See the Inman News article here.

Our real estate portals are free for MLSs, associations and boards. They are an efficient and easy-to-use solution for any REALTOR® organization to showcase its listings on a world-class public website, using the same platform we use for Point2 Homes.

Additionally, as new improvements in usability and search engine optimization are developed for Point2 Homes, the consumer portals we have built automatically benefits from them. Point2 MLS and Association Consumer Portals are able to host neighborhood-specific and demographic information. And they’re mobile-friendly to boot!

We hope you’ll take a minute to visit and give it a whirl.
