If you’re a Point2 Agent subscriber, you probably already know that you have unlimited access to our dedicated Customer Care team. This fabulous group of highly-trained (and super friendly) people will answer all of your questions, help you keep your account up to date and so much more.

Of course, we understand that as much as you may want to call and talk to Customer Care, you may not always have the time to chat. So today we thought we’d help you out by answering two of the questions they are most frequently asked.

Customer Care FAQs

How do I activate my Point2 Syndication Dashboard?

If your real estate organization provides real estate listing syndication through Point2 as a member benefit, you also get access to a Syndication Dashboard that will help you manage your settings and view your leads. If you want to activate your Syndication Dashboard here’s what to do: Ask Customer Care

 If you are new to Point2

  • Select your MLS from the drop down menu
  • Under “Are you already a Point2 member?”, click No
  • Enter your first and last name or email or identification number to connect to your MLS, association or board
  • Click Submit
  • Select your name from the results and click “Connect to Your MLS”
  • An email will be sent to complete the connection
  • Click the “Connect to Your MLS” link in the email
  • Confirm that your information is correct and create a password, then confirm the password
  • Finally, click “Create an Account”

If you are an existing member of Point2

  • Select your MLS from the drop down menu
  • Under “Are you already a Point2 member?”, click Yes
  • Enter your first and last name or email or identification number to connect to your MLS
  • Click Submit
  • Select your name from the results and click “Connect to Your MLS”
  • An email will be sent to complete the connection
  • Click the “Connect to Your MLS” link in the email
  • Enter your Point2 account username and password and click Submit

Where can I see which sites my listing is syndicating to and how it is performing?

Taking advantage of Point2’s industry-leading listing syndication to grow your exposure is good. Knowing where your listing is appearing and how many views it is getting is even better! To view syndication information and statistics for a particular listing:

  • Log in to your Point2 account
  • Click Listings
  • Click the Syndication button next to the listing you’d like to view (if you’re a Canadian agent, click the blue Distribution button)
  • View a display of all the sites your listing is being syndicated to
  • To see your listing as it appear on a selected syndication partner site, click the View Link button in the Link column

Please note that that syndication partners with an asterisk next to them are only partially integrated partners with varying degrees of integration into our product.
