The Faces of Point2 – Lee Eder

Lee is one of those people that you can’t choose just one nice word to describe him with. When consulting with the rest of the Customer Care team, it was decided that the best way to describe him was “all around awesome”. Kind-hearted to the bone, a killer sense of humor, metal music aficionado, and McDonald’s junkie – in that order.

One of the “old dogs” on the team, if you have called in to Customer Care more than once, you’ve probably spoken with Lee.

We asked Lee to answer a few questions about himself. Here’s what he had to say:

What is your favorite type of music?

All different kinds, I guess my most favorite would have to be hard rock, metal, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Mötley Crüe will always be my favorite band!

What is your favorite book of all time and why?

Don’t really have a favorite book, but when I do read I like reading Biographies on bands and I’m currently reading “The Rum Diaries” by Hunter S. Thompson.

What is your favorite movie of all time?

I’d have to say Shawshank Redemption.

If you have an hour of free time to spare, what do you do with it?

I like to maybe play a video game or go sit on a patio with friends in the summer time!

What kinds of food do you like?

Anything chicken, always love a good pizza too.

What is the most interesting place you’ve ever traveled?

England, I have family over in Nottingham. The history over there is very interesting, wandering through castles is a great experience.

What do you like best about your job?

The people I work with are all so amazing. I also like helping others so when a customer appreciates the things we do it is and can be very rewarding.

What are the words you live by?

Treat others how you want to be treated.

What was your last Do It Yourself project?

Building a computer. I love to tinker with technology whether it be building a computer or putting custom roms on my smartphone!

What athlete or sports figure do you most admire?

I would have to say Wayne Gretzky, being a kid and watching #99 was one of my most favorite things to do.

What online sites do you visit?

Mostly current events, so sites like Huffington Post, Google News, CNN, etc.

If you could have a super power, what would it be?

The ability to fly, if you get tired of where you are you can take off on an whim!
