We’ve mentioned before (here and here) how great of a place Point2 is to work. And we aren’t the only ones who think so. We have been privileged to receive awards in recent years, including an award as one of Saskatchewan’s Top 20 Employers and an ABEX award just last fall.
Now, we are proud to say that we’ve been recognized once again. Point2 has made the list for the Canada’s Top 50 Employers for Young People.
Out of more than 2600 companies nationwide, including this year’s Top 100 award winners, 50 employers were selected after an extensive review process that examined the various organizations’ policies and programs aimed in particular at young people.
You can find us on the full list of 50 employers in The Globe And Mail article here.
Not only do we offer three full weeks of paid vacation after one year of employment, there are a ton of other perks and incentives we offer to our employees. We match RRSP contributions, provide fresh fruit and snacks daily, have a fully-stocked pantry and freezer, provide professionally catered lunches twice monthly, host a pub night monthly, have full-service recreation and fitness facilities, offer professional development opportunities, and much more – all in a casual, fun, and easy-going atmosphere.
We think Point2 is pretty great and that we have a lot to offer people of all ages. We are pleased to be recognized as one of Canada’s Top 50 Employers for Young People.
And here’s a big shout-out to all our employees who make Point2 an awesome place to be!
