Sharon Palmeri, Agent (Full Time) ;Hello there; let me take a minute of your time to tell you a little about myself.;I'm the senior member of the agents here at Perry Realty; not just in age but in experience. I began my career in December 1983 in Oklahoma; if you were around back then you can recall the interest rates topped out around 16% in some areas, talk about learning to sell in difficult times...;After moving to this area in 1987 I acquired my WV license and for many years also carried my MD license. Throughout the years I've served four different terms as a director for the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors. Served on many committees including Professional Standards, Ethics and Grievance learning valuable lessons on each board on how best to serve the public by seeing first hand the treatment some buyers and sellers received from untrained and untried Realtors new to the industry. Early on in my years I earned my GRI designation and three years ago acquired my ABR designation. Throughout my career I've always embraced new technology and still believe that unless you grow with your profession you not only do buyers and sellers a disservice but also yourself as a Realtor. I'm a member of the EPBR Top Producers Club and the Top Producers Hall of Fame, an honor given to those producing 2,500,000 or more in sales annually.;Times are tough right now but if you've been around a long time like I have you've seen both the highs and lows of real estate and know what it takes to help people in hard times. Both personally and professionally I can identify with the needs of seniors and the needs of first time buyers that find today's market a maze of technology and uncertainties. I don't just enjoy riding around showing property in my beautiful county, I take pride in finding that "just right" property that matches your income and your needs. If I were to pride myself on one particular skill it would be my ability to listen to what folks tell me they want and need then follow their direction and not mine.;Want to see for yourself how much fun buying property in Morgan County can be; give me a call, email me or just drive up to Berkeley Springs and stop by to meet me. I really look forward to meeting you.
