The level of service should be outstanding since this is a big decision no matter how much you spend.” Michael provides automatic email alerts to his clients with a special program that sweeps the entire MLS database every half hour so that his clients are the 1st to see the great deals. Michael also gets a heads-up from some of the area foreclosure agents, so his clients typically see them before they hit the market. “It’s my job to give them options and then help protect them after they have made the decision.” His marketing obviously works as he has been a top agent with CENTURY 21 for the past decade, and is a member of the prestigious Centurion Honor Society.
