Moving to a privately held Michigan builder, Ivanhoe Huntley, I exceeded goals and increased my referral business to 25%. I then ventured out to begin Crowne Realty LLC, a Real Estate Brokerage of my own where I serve as Broker and Owner. I did join forces with Landmarc Building and Development where I served as Director of Sales and Marketing. I utilized my strong sales skills to create and implement the company's sales training system and created and managed the marketing campaign for the company. I recruited, hired, and managed the sales staff and was responsible to negotiate all sales. I am also a member of the Bank of America New Housing Exchange which monitors the top 20 housing markets in the nation.
