Wow my 1/2% listing program is really going strong. Thanks to all me new clients and friends. ;I’m Karyn and I have been in the residential home industry for the past 25 years as a custom home builder and after the 2008 fall in construction it seemed the natural thing to do was to get my real estate license. ;I started my real estate career with a well-known residential brokerage firm and learned all about the business of buying and selling real estate, however, no matter how hard I tried to convince myself I could not shake the fact that we were being paid 6% or 7% of the selling price to sell someone’s home. I especially felt bad when I would see a seller have to bring money to the closing table in order to close a deal.;While I was in construction my biggest pleasure was being able to show my clients how much equity they gained in their homes by the time we completed the home. I am so excited to be able to offer my real estate clients a similar outcome. With the .05% commission service we offer I am able to help my clients to keep more of their money.;I am married to Rick and we have 5 children and 4 grandchildren. We have lived in Arizona most of our lives and love it here.
