Poor Maintenance

Maintenance used to be outstanding, but what is going on? This house is falling apart and the rent is through the roof. Fed up, getting out.

Good experience

We have lived in this location for a few years. The location is great, the staff have been friendly, maintenance usually responds in a timely fashion, and overall living here has been a good experience.

Air conditioning fix

Our AC broke last week and it wouldn't cool. Our house reached 90 degrees at one point and with four little kids, one baby and a boy in a cast, it was very uncomfortable. It was broke for about 2 and a half days. Thankfully, after submitting the work order Alex called quickly to schedule an appointment for the AC to be worked on! He has always been so professional and kind on the phone, making us feel important. I have had multiple phone calls with him and he always does a superb job. Seth came to fix the AC. He called before arriving which I really appreciated! He fixed the AC in a timely manner and was very kind to us! And I also appreciated Nick, the Maintenance Manager, calling to make sure the situation was handled completely. He was professional, kind, and honest. Great qualities to have in a Manager. You did well to hire these three!
