Four Seasons Town Homes

My living experience has been great! The maintenance team responds quickly and means everything to me. The staff is friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. The only thing I wish could happen is assigned parking. I have a handicap sticker and other people park in the spot and dont have a sticker. Its first come first serve. ?? Other than that its a great place to stay. I love it!

I've been living here about 5 yrs now. I have seen staff come and go way too many times. When I moved in we were under the Koury Corp we knew the staff we had access to our Office manger. Now when to get use to one they are gone. Dustin stayed the longest. I see you fixing the exterior but your not updating the inside but we have yearly increases. The cabinets are old and out dated, so is the plumbing and electric which causes our energy bills to extremely high. I moved in on an old carpet which was promised that it would be replace when I renewed my lease. By time my lease was up we had new staff who didn't honor the previous manager agreement. Now I have an old carpet that is very worn. But just as my apartment is dated I have aged myself causing me not to want to moved but I think I should be rewarded for retention and having a prefect rent record.
