Recent Move In and Maintenance Requests

I recently moved in and so far things have been great! I moved from a place where my requests were never followed through, issues not addressed and nothing mattered except the owners getting their rent money. The service I have been given so far at Amber Square is phenomenal! The office staff and maintenance are all very nice people. No complaints!!

I really like my townhome. Thin walls. Can hear everything.

I have lived here with my son since last October and it works for us right now. I went from living in my own home to a townhome so the fact that I can hear my neighbors walking around, always and I am sure they can hear us, that has been a bit of an adjustment. Overall, I feel safe here, it is quiet outside. I really like that they keep salt outside for all the tenants on the front and the back entrances of the townhomes.
