Surprise inspections

I love the staff of the rental company, but dont like some of the “rules”. I dont like that i pay rent and am still subjected to surprise inspections of my home, and drive by insoections of my yard. As a renter, i feel like i dont actually have privacy. On the othet side of things, if ive ever had a maintenance issue they were always out here within the hour. Everyone in the office is polite and professional. Maintenance guys are polite and professional as well.
