Orland Ridge Towns and Villas

Moved here in October. I like the friendliness of my neighbors, the sidewalks and walking trail. Am looking forward to clubhouse and pool use. It's close to shopping and travel routes. I feel safe here and would recommend Orland Ridge to anyone looking for a good place to live.

It’s not worth the money at all. There is no storage in the units, the first floor cannot be used unless you put a heater down there, all appliances & fixtures are “EXTREMELY” cheap, there are no amenities, constant construction beyond working hours, our city is Tinley but we pay Orland park utilities, cheap wood, poor communication with the entire leasing office, stacked townhomes & because it’s so tight- totally congested, one maintenance man for the entire community, no parking, cheap patio (very flimsy banister), and I partially live out of my garage because there is “zero” storage space in the units. They increased the rent but have offered zero incentives or amenities. Many tenants have a lot of traffic to the point you have to ask them to move their cars from in front of your driveway… block the streets because there is no parking. It appears it’s only about money & not the tenants at all. I understand business is business but this is a costly encounter that provides you “ZERO” perks!
