Pets (Dogs & Cats) Max 3 Allowed One-Time Fee is $250 per pet Rent is $25 per pet Restrictions: Breed Restrictions include but may not be limited to: Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull Terrier including American Staffordshire Terrier, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow, Huskie, Alaskan Malamute, Great Dane, St Bernard, and Akita. Other Animals: Reptiles, poisonous animals, exotic animals, farm animals, animals raised for food or commercially, etc. are not allowed. Small mammals that are in a cage, fish, and caged birds are allowed and not subject to a pet fee or rent. Service animals are not considered pets. Please contact the management team to discuss a service animal. Additional Information: Rent and one-time fee are per pet. All pets are subject to management approval. Management reserves the right to deny or rescind pet privileges as outlined in the lease agreement. Additional insurance coverage for dog bites is required. The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up all animal waste in the home and common areas. Pets must be kept in a manner that does not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other residents. Pets must be kept inside the residence. All pets in a common area must be carried or leashed. All pet waste must be removed from the property. Pets should be prevented from relieving themselves in the common areas. Failure to comply with pet waste guidelines can result in a HOA fine of $100 per occurrence with additional incidents incurring fines from Westdale starting at $100 per infraction. Pet owners are responsible for any property damage, injury or disturbance caused or inflicted by an animal kept at the home.
