Pets allowed. Pets are prohibited except within the following restrictions: A Pet Agreement must be signed. Two (2) Pets per apartment with pet weight limit of 50lbs per pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet. Pet must be at least one year old. In addition to monthly pet rent, a non-refundable pet fee will be required prior to occupancy in the amount of: $350 for one pet and $500 for two. Select breeds are prohibited. Please reference our pet agreement for further details of our pet policy.
